A single quartz spike, hand-caged in gold vermeil chain and hung from a gold vermeil hoop. The quartz is raw and pointed — its natural termination is what gives this earring its edge. The cage wraps the stone's form without hiding it.

Bio

MHART is a New York–based jewelry brand handcrafted by designer Michael Hartney. Since 2010, every piece has been individually made by hand, using natural gemstones and silver or gold chain — a design signature inspired by Gaudí's architecture — the Modelo Funicular.
