Returns + Repairs

All MHART sales are final. Repairs and replacements are complimentary as long as the original piece is in your possession. Because each piece is one of a kind, we are unable to replace lost jewelry.

For repairs, please complete our repair form HERE, or bring your jewelry to the store Tuesday through Saturday, from 12–7 PM, and Michael will be happy to assess and repair it.

Is all jewelry available online?
Not all MHART designs are available online. However, if you see an in-store exclusive shared on our social media, we are happy to ship it directly to you. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll help you make it yours.

Does MHART have multiple locations?
Right now, our only location is our store in NYC. Visit us at 5 Kenmare Street in Nolita to explore the collection in person, and work directly with Michael on a custom design.
