Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of purchase. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. 

Return packages must be shipped prepaid by the customer with a tracking number. 

Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please immediately request an exchange by emailing michael@mhartdesigns.com
