Gaudí never used a straight line where a curve would do. His structures follow the logic of nature — arches that mirror the way stone wants to bear weight, surfaces that move the way organic forms move. This pendant works the same way. The gold vermeil chain wraps around the quartz's natural shape, link by link, forming a structure that holds the stone without forcing it into anything it isn't.

The quartz is raw Spanish Quartz — crystalline, irregular, and completely one of a kind. No two stones are the same.

Bio

MHART is a New York–based jewelry brand handcrafted by designer Michael Hartney. Since 2010, every piece has been individually made by hand, using natural gemstones and silver or gold chain — a design signature inspired by Gaudí's architecture — the Modelo Funicular.
